Andrew Woolley, CESEM / Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas / Universidade NOVA de Lisboa

Andrew Woolley is an integrated member of the Early Music Studies (GEMA) group of CESEM - NOVA FCSH. His musicological research focusses on English and Portuguese music from the sixteenth to the eighteenth centuries, particularly for keyboard. He recently contributed to and edited the collection Studies on Authorship in Historical Keyboard Music (Routledge, 2024). Current projects include a study of Pedro de Araújo and his relationship to the Livro de Bouro (P-BRad, MS 964) concerning which he has published a detailed description on the Portuguese Early Music Database <https://pemdatabase.eu/source/96043>.
